Standard Service

- Book-keeping to HMRC.
- Providing appropriate documents in the end of tenancy (not including costs of damages).
- Inspection of the property in the end of the tenancy.
£100 – Letting, Rent Collection – Basic Service included.
Standard Plus
- Maintaining common repairs.
- Arranging gas and electric safety checks.
- Coordinating transfer utility accounts to the new tenants’ names.
- Visiting property regularly.
- Providing appropriate documents in the end of tenancy (including costs of damages.
- Accompanied negotiations between landlord and tenants regarding any dispute over damages.
£150 – Letting, Rent Collection and Full management – Basic and Standard Service included.
Premium Service
- Rent guaranteed 4 weeks in arrears.
- Obtaining possession.
- Representing the landlord in court.
- Overseeing refurbishment work.
- Obtain consents.
- Void period maintenance.

Premium Plus
